Christmas was fun this year... I have lots of pictures to post and I'll try to find a good sampling. :) Abi really enjoyed the present opening part, but was as excited to have us open our gifts as she was to open her own. Mikayla, as you can imagine, was content to play with the paper or to eat the tags. At one point during the gift opening, Abi halted the efforts. She _had_ to play with the Littlest Pet Shop that she received from Chad, Meliss, and Zach. It was a nice little hiatus though. It gave me a chance to do some dishes, download pics, etc. :)
Mikayla has figured out how to crawl now... it seems it went from scooting (usually backwards) to crawling forward in no time. She has even mastered the step from the family room to the kitchen area. One of Mikayla's special gifts for Christmas... her two front teeth! Bringing her tooth count to 5.
