Wireless Amber Alerts

Have you seen the commercials and advertisements for the FREE wireless Amber Alerts??

In case you haven't, it's a free program being sponsored by several organization including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. You can sign up your cell phone number with the website and if an Amber Alert is announced in your area (you choose up to 5 zip codes), you'll receive a free text message giving the details.

Of course it'd be wonderful to never need this service, but how can we say 'No' to a free service that may help return a child to their home?!?

Please go to www.wirelessamberalerts.org to sign up. Once you enter your phone number, the page navigates to your carrier page (i.e. Verizon). On Verizon's website, you need to choose the "Alerts" section of the page.

North Dakota Memories

Hi all,

Being as it is approaching a month past Christmas, I thought it'd be a good time to update the blog with Christmas pictures! :)

As you know we spent about a week in ND around Christmas and had a great time. We spent some time with family and friends. Abi and Greg got to go sledding with John, Annette, Ryne and Kailen. They both had a nice time, but Abi's ability (or lack there of) to climb back up the hill was very exhausting to Greg! :) Enjoy the pictures!
