We checked out the zoo in Syracuse which was a HUGE hit. Abi and I had been there before, but this is a first trip for Greg. Now isn't that odd?! I have lived here for 5 years, Greg for 25... Hmmm...
We also rented a room at a hotel with a swimming pool so Abi was able to show off her skills. She LOVES being in the water. To prove that point, after swimming for an hour in the pool and the 'hot water pool' as she calls it, she had to take a bath that was nearly an hour long too! She likes getting out of the water and see her skin is "Nakled". The first time she said that to me, I was "what?" and she said, "Look Mommy. I'm nakled." Then I realized she was saying a cross between naked and wrinkled. She has it figured out now that she is just wrinkled, but I still think of it as nakled. :)
The next day, after checking out the swimming pool again, we went to the Home Show. It was HUGE. There were over 800 exhibits with lots of "cool stuff" to see. It was nicely laid out. Greg signed us up for lots of drawings... so far we haven't won! Hmpf! :) But he has us signed up for 2 free estimates on windows. The best part is that these estimates are happening on days that I work! :)
