Abi had her first swim meet of the season for Aquatics yesterday. She did a great job improving her times on all of her events. Even more importantly, she had fun and increased her confidence! I am so very proud of her!
The video above is of her 50 Breast stroke, her favorite event. (She is in the red cap). I enjoy watching her swim and see how strong her strokes are.
