Mikayla Moment

Just thought everyone would like to know that Mikayla's first tooth came thru today... I have tried without much success to get a picture of it...

New Link

Hi everyone....

So I was shopping at Price Chopper the other day and was handed what I thought was a coupon from the little printer. Occasionally I get one that I find valuable, but usually I get one that is obscure and silly to me. But this time I got an advertisement of sorts...

Campbell's is donating $1 to the National FFA Organization for each click on the Red Barn. . . for a few seconds time, you can click and help Campbell's help the FFA. Why not, right? To make it easier, I've added the link to the list on the left. If it is like the other "Click for Cans" campaign Campbell's runs nearer to the Super Bowl, you should be able to click once a day.

Have a great, feel "M'm! M'm! Good!" kind of day,
Angie :)

Apple Time

And the final post for the day... Our apple tree

Our tree climber, sort of :)

Preschool Pumpkin Patch Party

Today was Abi's first field trip... a trip to Savicki Farms (about 2 miles from our house)... it included a hay ride to the pumpkin patch where the kids could pick a pumpkin and pick Indian corn. Then it was to the barn for the hay bale maze for the kids to run thru. The maze was small, but a fun time for the little kids.

Abi and her friend Elise... best buds!
Abi and Elise running thru the maze
Actually have no idea who these girls are, but Abi found them after Elise left... they are in the 4 year old class.

Zoo notes

We made a trip to the zoo last week and here a few pictures of the animals to see at the Utica Zoo, one of Abi's favorite places.

Snuggling and Snoozing

A few pictures of the snuggliness of the girls...

Gymnastics...

Our Abi has a quite the social calendar... aside from Sunday school on Sundays (Go figure that one!), preschool on Monday and Wednesday mornings, and swimming on Monday nights... She has gymnastics on Tuesday mornings.

Here are a few pictures. I know they are distant, but it's the best I could do from our vantage point. Abi is the one in pink striped pants and pink top. Here hair is in piggy tails. Also, the little boy in bright orange shirt is Aiden, my colleagues little boy. He is about 7 months younger than Abi.

New York City Trip

A few weeks ago, we went to the City to see the Mets play the Cubs at the final year of Shea Stadium. It was a fun trip, although the Mets lost. :( Kind of a mute point, since both teams have been eliminated from World Series.

Anyway, we had a good time there... and were able to see Stacy and Jimmy too! It's our first time seeing them since their wedding in August.

Abi loved playing on the 'rides' at the mall near Stacy and Jimmy's place... She didn't even know that ride would be more fun if you put money into them! he, he

Abi enjoyed a couple of carousel rides at the mall as well. I think she'd have gone round and round all day long if we had allowed it. :)The view from our seats... It may not look like it, but the seats really were pretty good.

Believe it or not, this is a view we came across on our way back home... this was about 30 - 40 minutes from our house... Beautiful, isn't it?
Hope you enjoy!
